Our Youth Training Program is designed to reduce injuries, increase physical fitness, and build self-confidence but while having fun doing it. During each class, your child will complete:
🤜 Dynamic Warm-up: Prepares the body to workout while reducing the risk of injuries.
🤜 Core: Can't build a house with a weak foundation. Your child will develop their core strength to improve posture and exercise techniques.
🤜 Workout: Here we ask your child to complete bodyweight exercises to increase strength, stamina, and endurance.
🤜 Game: This is where the fun starts, after each workout your child will participate in a fun fitness game or challenge. Your child will be working out without knowing it.
