45 minutes of heart pumping & fast-moving training. Push your cardio skills to the limit in a workout that'll be over before you know it.

HYBRID

Sat

Taking the best of our strength workouts, sweat workouts while sprinkling in other forms of fitness creating fun but challenging workouts.

RECOVER

Sun

Our Recover classes are intended to complement your training sessions at Evolve Fit Studio through a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture.

10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS

Whether it's your 1st class or 100th, arrive 10 minutes before class to meet your trainer. Get sorted, fill up your water, and grab a complimentary sweat towel (You're going to need it)

WARM-UP 

During this time your coach will guide you through a 10-minute dynamic stretch and mobility sequence to prepare your body for a workout.

DEMO TIME

At this point, our heart rates are slightly elevated and our body is ready to work. Now your coach will walk you through each movement while providing coaching cues, techniques, and modifications.

WORK

For the next 25-30 minutes, you'll be lifting your body, moving weights, and pursuing the best version of yourself.
